How to Register:
[ENGAGED] Online is hosted on our Art of Living - Marriage Support Network through a platform called “Mighty Networks.” When you click the registration link above, you will be given the option to purchase [ENGAGED] Online Marriage Prep Retreat for $119.99. This will give you access to the retreat content + access to a network of married and engaged couples to connect with, ask questions, and share experiences. Sessions can be completed at your own pace. Once they are complete, you will sign up for a Zoom Call with Paul and Gretchen George.
[ENGAGED] is a one day conference that seeks to prepare engaged couples for the sacrament of marriage and everyday after. Paul and Gretchen George present engaging sessions throughout the day, using humor and parts of their own story. The talks will center around the following themes: Family of origin, Marriage expectations, Communication, Sexuality, Finances and Spirituality. Through it all, engagement is discerning and preparing for a life- long companionship. When couples begin the hard work now, marriages will start off with a firm foundation, with an understanding of how God intended marriage to be, and how God desires us to live out our marriage vocation.
Paul and Gretchen George have been married for almost 22 years. They have 5 children ranging in age from 1 to 18 years old. Paul and Gretchen have been serving in ministry across the country for the past 24 years in various roles and capacities. They have found great joy and healing through their marriage and desire to help others do the same. The Georges reside in Lafayette, LA where they run The Art of Living Ministries. Who is this for?
This day is for couples engaged to be married in the Catholic Church. If you are a married couple, we invite you to attend one of our [MARRIED] events. This day is not for dating couples, but if you want to contact us about helping you one-on-one, feel free to reach out through our coaching/mentoring form.

What if my fiancé can’t attend?
This day is meant for both you and your fiancé to experience it together as marriage is 2 people each giving 100%. In order to receive your certificate of completion from the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux, both of your must attend.
